Record what you paid, where, and what it is worth now. Gear counts toward your inventory value, the value breakdown, and the investment-versus-value view on the dashboard. Sold or retired an item? Dispose it with a date, method and price, and it stays in your history.
Logged a range bag as an accessory years ago? Move it to Gear in two clicks. Name, manufacturer, cost, location and notes carry across; the original is retired. Works in every direction between Accessories, Parts, Consumables and Gear.
